Between 2004 and 2010, he completed his undergraduate education at the Faculty of Dentistry, Ege University. In 2011, following his success in the entrance examinations, he began his Ph.D. and specialty training in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Faculty of Dentistry, Süleyman Demirel University. In 2016, he completed his doctoral and specialty thesis and was awarded the title of Specialist Doctor.

Between 2011 and 2016, he worked as a research assistant in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Süleyman Demirel University, contributing to international peer-reviewed publications. He later worked at Private Mayadiş Oral and Dental Health Center, Private Orion Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic, and Private Antapol Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic. With over 16 years of professional experience and more than 10,000 treated patients, Dr. Musa Kartöz has performed numerous successful cases in implant surgery and immediate implants, cyst and tumor surgeries, gingivectomy and gingivoplasty procedures, and bone augmentation.

In 2022, he co-founded Global Dental Center together with Dr. Burcu Polat Kartöz and Dentist Ayşe Önal. He is a member of the Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (AÇBİD) and the Turkish Dental Association (TDB).
