We understand that when considering dental treatment abroad, the warranty offered by a clinic is just as important as the quality of care provided.

Dental treatments are medical procedures that may be influenced by biological healing processes and individual patient factors. Therefore, it is essential that patients fully understand the scope of their treatment, potential risks, and warranty coverage before proceeding. Global Dental Center is committed to transparency and provides clear and comprehensive warranty terms.

Treatments Covered by Warranty

Dental Implants

The implant systems used at Global Dental Center are selected from internationally recognized and trusted manufacturers. Implant screws are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects resulting in fracture or cracking. In cases where an implant fails to integrate with the bone, the implant may be replaced once free of charge, subject to clinical evaluation and approval.

Zirconia Crowns and Full Coverage Restorations

Dental crowns, full-coverage restorations, and implant-supported fixed crowns are covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing-related fractures or cracks.

Dental Bridges

Fixed bridge restorations are covered by a 5-year warranty against material defects, fractures, cracks, and restoration-related structural failures.

Porcelain and Laminate Veneers

Porcelain veneers and laminate veneers placed for aesthetic purposes are covered by a 5-year warranty against material-related fractures or cracks.

Removable Dentures

Removable partial and full dentures are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing-related breakage. Minor repairs and adjustments may be considered in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions.

Treatments Not Covered by Warranty

• Composite fillings
• Root canal treatments
• Teeth whitening procedures
• Gum contouring and aesthetic periodontal treatments
• Dental post applications
• Professional cleaning and deep periodontal maintenance procedures
• Any dental work completed by another clinic prior to treatment at Global Dental Center
• Damage resulting from trauma, accidents, falls, impacts, or patient misuse
• Complications arising from inadequate oral hygiene or poor maintenance

Warranty Conditions

To remain eligible for warranty coverage, patients must follow all recommended oral hygiene practices, attend routine dental check-ups as advised, comply with all post-treatment care instructions, and inform Global Dental Center promptly should any issue arise. Global Dental Center reserves the right to request updated panoramic X-rays, clinical photographs, or other relevant medical documentation when assessing a warranty claim.

Corrective Treatment and Remedial Procedures

Should a situation arise that may qualify for warranty coverage, the case will first be reviewed by our clinical team. If the issue is determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect, laboratory error, or treatment-related problem, the necessary corrective treatment will be provided by Global Dental Center at no additional cost to the patient.

However, even where warranty coverage applies, the following expenses remain the responsibility of the patient: airfare, accommodation, airport transfers, visa expenses, travel insurance, loss of earnings or any other personal expenses.
